Frequently asked questions

What does MyAndGo cost in New Zealand?

New Zealand pricing is being finalised and will appear here. You can start on a free trial today with no card required, so you can set everything up and invite your team before any plan is chosen.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Every product has a free Personal tier with the core features and sensible usage limits, and no card is required to begin. Paid tiers lift the limits as your team grows.

How does the bundle saving work?

When paid plans open and you run two or more paid products together on one account, a bundle saving will apply automatically across them, on a single bill.

How am I billed?

One account and one bill cover every MyAndGo product you use, rather than a separate subscription and invoice for each tool. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Where is my data stored?

For a New Zealand workspace, your documents, records and files are stored in Australia (Google Cloud, Sydney), with your account details also in Sydney and sign-in and payments in the United States. New Zealand is served from the Australian cell.
