Secure data rooms, coming to New Zealand

ShareAndGo is a secure data room for sharing sensitive documents with the right people and no one else. It is coming to New Zealand. SignAndGo and BookAndGo are available now.

When you are raising money, selling a business, or handing sensitive files to advisers, email is the wrong tool. A data room is the right one: a controlled space where the people who need to see documents can, where you decide exactly who sees what, and where you can see who has looked at what.

ShareAndGo brings that to the MyAndGo platform. It is not yet available in New Zealand, and we will not pretend otherwise. This page is here so you know what is on the way. When it arrives, it will use the same single sign-in and billing as the products you may already run.

Organised document rooms

Structured rooms with folders and clear versioning, so the people you invite always find the current document rather than guessing which copy is the latest.

Control over every file

Decide who can view, download or re-share each document, and change your mind at any time. Access stays in your hands for the life of the room.

See who viewed what

A clear record of who opened which document and when, so you know where interest is and nothing travels further than you intended.

In the meantime

  • SignAndGo, for e-signatures, is available for New Zealand businesses now.
  • BookAndGo, for appointment booking, is available for New Zealand businesses now.
  • Both share one sign-in and one bill, with a bundle saving when you use two products.
  • ShareAndGo is coming to New Zealand and is not available to buy yet.

Where your data will be

For a New Zealand workspace, your documents, records and files are stored in Australia (Google Cloud, Sydney), with your account details also in Sydney and sign-in and payments in the United States; ShareAndGo will follow the same approach when it arrives. Our privacy notice sets out the detail.
